About drawing prompts for kids
Sometimes kids just need an idea to get started. Each sheet gives a drawing prompt and a big empty box. There's no wrong answer, only imagination. The open-ended prompts are great for quiet time and for kids who love to tell stories with pictures.
Kindergarten prompts are simple, single things, like a smiling sun or a cat with a long tail. Older kids get bigger ideas, like inventing a new animal, designing a robot helper or mapping an imaginary island with labeled parts. A sample sketch shows the idea.
